Covering 30 hectares within one-north, the Fusionopolis precinct encompasses a vibrant mix of infocomm technology, media, science and engineering industries. The first building, Fusionopolis One, features 120,000 sqm of laboratory and office space, serviced apartments, and retail plus lifestyle amenities located in an airy podium between the two towers. The Fusionopolis Atrium and Porch, and Fusionopolis Plaza shared with Galaxis, are key community spaces in one-north.

The project called for building inspections to be conducted using drones and AI to detect and identify the exact locations of façade anomalies.
